This week sees the premiere of Triptych Unfolding, my new collaboration with Icelandic composer Hugi Guðmundsson, with Hugi on live electronics, Tinna Thorsteinsdottir on piano, and me performing live visuals. This will be part of the Opening Night Concert, on Thursday.
On Friday I will present a lecture on Visual Music in the Digital Age: A Historical Perspective at the Icelandic Academy of the Arts, 12:30 pm.
Clonal Colonies will be part of the official Punta y Raya competition selection, reel number one.
Plus I will participate in the panel judging the Live Cinema competition.

Mercurius at SoundImageSound 10-year Retrospective
The SoundImageSound International Festival of New Music and Visual Image at the University of the Pacific will hold a ten-year retrospective at the end of January. Mercurius will be included. Works from France, Sweden, Germany, Korea, Canada, the UK and the US are scheduled, as well as appearances by Jaroslaw Kapuscinski and Joseph Hyde.
